The next Junior Friends of Figge’s Marsh event is on Saturday 10 July at 4pm, taking place at the copses.
Kids should bring gardening gloves and weeding tools if they have them – we’ll also have spares. The event is suitable for 5yrs+ and will last for 45 minutes. Please make sure you stay with your child during the event.
We’ll be learning about the different plants in the copses and why they’re beneficial, biodiversity, weeds vs wildflowers, and pollinating insects followed by a little weeding.
