The North East Mitcham Community Association has been in operation since 1982 and next year we will celebrate our 45th birthday next year. We are incredibly proud to have been serving the local community in North East Mitcham for such a long time, and we look forward to continuing long into the future.
We are constantly developing and strengthening new partnerships, working with a range of local charities and community groups. These connections and friendships enable us to truly be seen as a neighbourhood hub to help inspire, support and mobilise people in Mitcham and the surrounding areas.

We are also expanding how we can support families in the area through a range of new clubs, activities and events daytime, after school and at the weekend to keep our kids and families busy and active.
We have a number of activities and groups that encourage intergenerational connections such as our newly launched community planting days, quiz nights and our evening with local voices events. We believe we can all learn from, support and inspire each other and grow together.
